Shipping from our German warehouse to Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and France takes 5-7 days. Shipping to the UK from our UK warehouse takes 5-7 days.

Shipping from China to other North American regions (Canada, Mexico, etc.): 10-20 days.

Please note that shipments to U.S. territories and island regions cannot be processed from our domestic warehouse, and therefore, will incur duties.

Warranty Scope

Warranty Period: Within three months from the date of purchase, if the product has quality issues due to non-human factors under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement services.

Applicable Conditions:

The product must malfunction under normal usage conditions.

Does not include damages caused by deliberate destruction, misuse, or improper operation.
